What You’ll Do:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers, promoting a collaborative and high-performance work environment

Oversee daily operations, including project assignments, resource planning, and prioritization

Conduct regular code reviews, set coding standards, and encourage best development practices

Foster continuous improvement through feedback, professional development, and career growth opportunities

Guide the team in designing, developing, and maintaining robust software solutions aligned with business needs

Collaborate with product managers, QA analysts, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and project timelines

Drive architectural decisions, technical innovation, and maintain the overall technical health of the platform

Manage project delivery schedules to ensure on-time completion and quality standards are met

Implement and optimize software development processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability

Identify and remove technical bottlenecks and barriers to team productivity

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

7+ years of professional software development experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or management role

Strong experience in Microsoft technologies (C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server)

Experience with modern web development frameworks and front-end technologies (e.g., React of Blazor)

Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and DevOps practices a plus

Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban

Proficiency with Git version control and development workflows

Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing and mentoring development teams

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and effectively convey technical concepts

Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset
