The Assignment

Here you will have a varied role where you combine electronic and mechanical assembly with troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical support to colleagues in production. As an assembler, you will become an important part of the production where you work with the assembly and testing of electrical and electronic components in the company's high-tech products. The work takes place in a production environment with high quality requirements, where every detail is crucial for the final product.

You will, among other things:

• Assemble wiring, connectors, and electrical components
• Perform simple testing and functional checks
• Read and follow electrical diagrams, instructions, and assembly documentation
• Troubleshoot and rectify deviations as needed
• Contribute to continuous improvements of work processes and quality
• Collaborate closely with production, technology, and quality

Since it is a smaller company, you will have the opportunity to influence and take responsibility. One day may be about assembly, and the next about troubleshooting a product or finding a smart solution for a future product.

The position is located in Bromma and the work takes place during the day.

About You

We are looking for someone who is quality-conscious, solution-oriented, and enjoys practical work where there are good opportunities for development. You have experience in electronics and enjoy working practically with electronic components and products. You are unpretentious and thrive in a startup environment where you are expected to take responsibility for both large and small tasks, and where the work can vary over time. The role suits you who thrive where processes are not always fully defined and where you get to help build structure from the ground up.

You need:

• A few years of experience from manufacturing industry and meticulous assembly work
• A few years of experience in electronics assembly, preferably from a production environment
• A good ability to read electrical diagrams and assembly drawings
• Ability to communicate fluently in English, both spoken and written

It is also meritorious if you:

• Have education in electricity or electronics
• Have experience in mechanics or another practical background
• Communicate well in Swedish

Experience in troubleshooting within electronics is highly meritorious.
