Job Description & Requirements Reviewing tender documents & drawings

Evaluation of tender, preparation of tender & quotation

Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, and settlements.

Month progressive claim must be ready and submitted to the main contractor ( after obtaining from site supervisor)

Ability to source for supplies and sub-contractors for a quotation for tendering

Negotiate with vendors on material pricing - Major Equipment

Prepare contractual documents for material purchase

Prepares bill of quantities which involves quantity take-off, materials sourcing, measuring and estimating material and labour costs used in the tendering process.

Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma

2 years or more of experience in Quantity Surveyor in construction sector

Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities of material quantity and take off.

Good in analytical, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills

Singaporean/PR are preferred
