Job Responsibilities: Provide full spectrum of HR Provide guidance to employees in compliance with company policies Update and maintain relevant HR info databases Maintain an effective and user-friendly document control and filing system Participate in continuous improvement on HR work processes and create SOPs and documentations Assist with MOM related survey Support in other ad-hoc HR projects and activities as assigned
