LHH Recruitment Solutions, a recruitment consulting firm, specialized temporary staffing, transition management, and expert assessment for executives and leaders, is searching for its client for a Human Resources Manager (M/F) based in Montargis (45).

Temporary mission to be filled as soon as possible until the end of May 2027.

Reporting to the company's DRH, you will supervise 3 employees and your missions will be:

  • Deploy and manage health and safety at work processes and commitments;
  • Contribute to the definition and implementation of the HR strategy to meet business needs;
  • Manage the provision and development of skills by recruiting, welcoming, and integrating new employees and temporary workers, and by promoting internal mobility;
  • Co-facilitate staff representative bodies (CSE and CSSCT) and maintain local social dialogue with staff representatives;
  • Advise and support managers on all HR issues (labor law, HR development, management of IRP, disciplinary procedures, etc.) in collaboration with the internal legal counsel;
  • Promote employee empowerment, engagement, and motivation as well as quality of life at work to contribute to achieving company objectives (social climate surveys, health, etc.);
  • Deploy and promote the Diversity & Inclusion policy through ad hoc and structural actions;
  • Manage and develop internal and external communication;
  • Guarantee the reliability of HR data and ensure the monitoring of indicators in line with HR strategic orientations;
  • Identify, propose, and implement actions aimed at simplifying and harmonizing HR practices and processes.

Holding a degree in Human Resources, you have at least 5 years of experience in one or more similar positions, ideally in the industrial/metallurgy sector.

Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is imperative for this position.
