Production Director (m/f) (M/F)

LHH Recruitment Solutions, a recruitment consulting firm, specialized temporary staffing, interim management, and expert assessment for executives and leaders, is searching for its industrial client for a PRODUCTION MANAGER M/F CDI in Orléans (45).

As part of the Management Committee and in connection with your production teams, you will manage an entire production flow and be responsible for the operational performance of your workshop to actively contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring the achievement of Safety, Quality, Cost, Deadline, and Productivity objectives.

Your missions: Leadership & Management -Manage, support, and develop the supervision teams within your production scope, -Promote the development of employee skills, identify training needs (workstation, quality, safety, environment.) -Participate in the recruitment, integration, and evolution of talent.

Industrial performance management -Define and manage production objectives regarding quality, costs, deadlines, and productivity. -Organize and supervise manufacturing activities to guarantee compliance with customer commitments. -Analyze performance indicators and implement the necessary action plans.

Continuous improvement & Operational excellence -Deploy and promote continuous improvement tools and methods. -Identify and lead actions aimed at improving productivity, quality, safety, and environmental performance.

• Participate in the search for and implementation of corrective and preventive solutions to optimize flows and processes.

Safety, Quality & Environment -Guarantee, in collaboration with the HSE Manager, the application of the site's Safety and Environment standards. -Participate in the search for corrective and preventive solutions to improve quality and production flows. -Ensure the application of and compliance with Quality, HR, Environment, and Safety procedures. -Take appropriate measures to guarantee product compliance and the safety of people and equipment.

Project & investment management -Evaluate, validate, and supervise improvement projects and production means. -Develop, propose, and manage the budget for your scope. -Contribute to the strategic orientations of the site as a member of the Management Committee.

With a Master's degree (BAC+5) or engineering degree in industrial/production engineering, you have 6 / 8 years of experience in production industry. Practice of English. Recognized for your field leadership, your ability to unite your teams, and endowed with excellent analysis, synthesis, and decision-making skills.

Associated skills: In-depth knowledge of continuous improvement tools, Quality tools (SPC, Capability) Mastery of Quality, Cost, Deadline, and Operational performance challenges. Solid expertise in continuous improvement, industrial quality, and project management.
