Methods-Industrialization Technician (M/F)

Job Description:

LHH Recruitment Solutions, a recruitment consulting, specialized temporary staffing, transition management, and expert assessment firm for executives and managers, is searching for its client for a Methods Technician (M/F).

Reporting to the Methods Office Manager, your role is to ensure the industrialization of products by transforming technical data from the design office into data usable by production, while contributing to the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.

Your missions include:

• Developing production BOMs*
• Creating manufacturing files*
• Creating cutting programs (laser, plasma)*
• Creating and maintaining technical data in the ERP: items, BOMs, routings
• Writing specifications for subcontractors.*
• Designing and manufacturing the tooling necessary for manufacturing processes.*
• Updating drawings in connection with the design office*
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives for products and processes.*
• Contributing to CSRD reporting.

Profile Description:

Profile sought: Education level of Bac+2/3 in mechanical engineering, industrialization, methods, or production management (BTS CPRP, BUT GMP, or equivalent training). Initial experience in a similar position is appreciated.

Key skills:

• Reading, interpreting, and critiquing drawings
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes (boilermaking, piping, machining, laser/plasma cutting)
• Proficiency in CAD tools (ideally Solidworks).
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Use of an ERP (SAP or equivalent).
• Technical English is imperative.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methods and continuous improvement tools (5S, PDCA, Process FMEA, etc.) is appreciated.
