Industrialization Technician (m/f) aero (M/F)

The Adecco agency is recruiting for one of its clients, a major player in the aeronautics sector, a Digital Tools Improvement Technician M/F on a temporary basis.

Within the Process Engineering department and more specifically the Industrial Support service, you will participate in the evolution and optimization of strategic digital tools used for managing industrial and Supply Chain activities. In a context of increasing maturity of S&OP processes and the AéroExcellence project, you will play a key role in improving reporting and management tools developed under Excel and PowerPoint.

. As a Digital Tools Improvement Technician, you will be required to:.

• Take charge of the tools currently used for:
• the management of industrialization of repair capacities,
• the management and reporting of the S&OP Product Review,
• the global monitoring of repair capacities.

• Collect, analyze, and synthesize the needs expressed by different users.
• Evolve the tools to meet new operational needs.
• Carry out testing phases and coordinate user testing.
• Correct and optimize the tools according to the feedback collected.
• Deploy new tools and support users in their adoption.

• Guarantee the reliability and relevance of management tools
• Contribute to the performance of industrial activities
• Ensure the quality of developments made to the tools
• Support teams in the appropriation of new processes

. Main objectives:.

• Optimize reporting and management tools
• Facilitate analysis and decision-making for teams
• Support the increase in maturity of industrial processes
• Ensure the reliability of data and monitoring indicators

Profile sought. We are looking for a Bac +2 profile, ideally in IT, management, accounting, or an equivalent field. You are recognized for your autonomy, your analytical capacity, and your excellent mastery of office tools.
