Quality Assurance Technician (M/F)

Job Description:

LHH Recruitment Solutions, a recruitment consulting firm, specialized temporary staffing, transition management, and expert, executive, and manager assessment, is searching for our client, a Supplier Quality Assurance Technician and Measurement and Test Control Equipment Manager (M/F) in a permanent contract (CDI).

Your missions will be:

Securing supplies***Participate in the development of procurement specifications.

• Verify the consistency and relevance of part data in the ERP (SAP)
• Support the qualification of new suppliers
• Perform drawing reviews with suppliers
• Evaluate the ability of suppliers to meet quality, technical, and regulatory requirements
• Control the conformity of parts and suppliers during initial receipts (initial samples, pre-series)
• Provide technical support to the Production, Procurement, and Purchasing departments (BAT validation, evolution of supplier processes, technical analyses)
• Support Production Quality Facilitators in resolving quality issues

Supplier monitoring and development***Manage the processing of supplier non-conformities: validation of detected non-conformities, identification of impacted scopes, definition of sorting criteria, coordination of sorting and rework operations, monitoring communication with suppliers and internal customers

• Analyze, monitor, and validate corrective action plans implemented by suppliers
• Communicate costs related to non-quality to buyers (scraps, sorting, rework)
• Manage deviation requests and rework acceptances in collaboration with the relevant departments
• Monitor and update supplier performance indicators (quality and deadline compliance)
• Perform supplier audits and ensure follow-up of associated corrective actions

Management of measurement, control, and testing equipment (ECME)***Plan verification and calibration operations for equipment.

• Organize the collection and monitoring of control, measurement, and testing equipment.
• Implement and update equipment life history files.
• Guarantee the conformity and availability of measurement tools used on-site.
• Validate verification and calibration reports.
• Select and manage specialized subcontractors while ensuring their connection to national standards.

Profile Description:

Profile sought***Associate degree (Bac +2) in a technical field (mechanics, physical measurement, electronics, metrology instrumentation, or quality), 3 years of experience desired in a similar position within an industrial environment.

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025 standards
• Mastery of quality tools and methodologies
• Knowledge of metrology and calibration control procedures
• Ability to read and understand a drawing, technical specification, control range, or test report
• Strong interpersonal skills, analytical capacity, and organizational skills.
• Rigor and respect for rules and procedures are essential
• An intermediate level of English is necessary for this position.
