Missions

  • Under the authority of the head of the information and communication systems mission (MSIC - DSI), the Systems, Networks and Office Automation Manager ensures the proper functioning and availability of IT services, data, networks, and office workstations.
  • He/she manages the technical resources implemented by the MSIC to provide IT and network services to the CMN and takes charge of incident management with a team of 4 agents.

Main activities

  • Manage the pole's activity and the portfolio of operations, projects, and requests.
  • Manage the weekly change committee (ITIL).
  • Communicate with MSIC interlocutors and certain CMN stakeholders.
  • Ensure weekly reporting and participate in the MSIC Committee.
  • Analyze service requests from CMN departments and sites with the team.
  • Manage the administration and operation of IT systems and networks hosted in the datacenter and the weekly technical committee with the managed service provider.
  • Contribute to the datacenter migration and server virtualization project: design, testing, IT-DRP, acceptance testing, and production deployment.
  • Manage the contractual relationship for the office automation market (helpdesk, proximity services, PC fleet) and contribute to its renewal within the framework of the UGAP convention.
  • Prepare orders for the renewal of maintenance for IT equipment and services.
  • Take charge of specific interventions on the Sully and Domino sites: assistance, VIP PC incidents, and Teams videoconferencing.
  • Propose improvements for the scheduler (VTOM) and intranet documentation.
  • Cooperate with the IT security manager and ensure the application of SSI and RGPD rules.
  • Contribute to the IT Security Dashboard indicators.
