Supply Chain Manager (M/F)

Our client is a leading industrial player in the automotive sector, recognized for its technical expertise and its ability to support its customers' growth in demanding markets.
As part of a replacement for an employee, we are recruiting a Supply Chain Manager (M/F).
Reporting to the Site Management, you will take responsibility for all Supply Chain activities and ensure the management of flows from suppliers to customers.
As the true conductor of Supply Chain performance, you guarantee the alignment between industrial capacities, customer needs, and the site's performance objectives.
Your main responsibilities:
Leading a team of approximately 20 employees, you manage the following functions: Procurement, Planning and scheduling, Sales Administration (ADV), Warehouse and shipping management, Management of stocks and associated physical flows.
In this capacity, you: Guarantee compliance with customer commitments regarding service quality and deadlines; Ensure the proper execution of the S&OP/MPS and the alignment between customer demand and industrial capacities; Manage the operational relationship with strategic customers and suppliers; Supervise forecasting, procurement, and inventory management processes; Analyze key performance indicators (service level, stock coverage, forecast accuracy, etc.); Identify and implement continuous improvement levers to optimize flows and operational performance.
Profile Description:
With higher education (Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or equivalent), you have significant experience in managing an industrial Supply Chain, ideally acquired at a Tier 1 or Tier 2 automotive supplier.
Recognized for your leadership and results orientation, you know how to unite multidisciplinary teams around ambitious performance objectives.
Your English is fluent, allowing you to interact effectively with international customers, suppliers, and partners.
