Job Description:

LHH Recruitment Solutions, a recruitment consulting firm, specialized temporary staffing, transition management, and assessment of experts, executives, and managers, is searching for its industrial client, a Quality Manager in the Langon region.

Your main missions will be: Drive and improve the Quality Management System (QMS); Prepare and coordinate internal, external, and customer audits; Ensure the monitoring and analysis of quality indicators; Manage non-conformities, customer complaints, and associated action plans; Guarantee the compliance of products and manufacturing processes; Deploy Lean approaches and promote the quality culture on the ground; Structure and harmonize quality documentation and processes; Evaluate suppliers and monitor their corrective actions; Manage and develop a quality team (technicians, controllers, engineers): activity steering, support, and skill development; Organize the management of incoming inspection and final inspection (depending on organization).

Profile Description:

Holding an engineering degree, you have at least 8 years of experience as a quality manager. You possess strong managerial capacity, which is essential for supervising and motivating your teams. You have a good level of English, allowing you to communicate effectively in an international environment. You master continuous improvement tools, enabling you to optimize quality processes.
