Planning and Procurement Manager (M/F)

Job Description:

LHH Recruitment Solutions, a recruitment consulting firm, specialized temporary staffing, interim management, and expert assessment for executives and leaders, is searching for a Planning Leader (M/F) on a permanent contract (CDI) for its industrial client.

In an international industrial environment, you will take a central role between operations, procurement, sales teams, and production. Reporting to the site's Supply Chain Manager, you will operate in this environment with real autonomy.

More than just a planning position, we are looking for a true conductor of Supply Chain performance, capable of anticipating needs, providing visibility to teams, and making the trade-offs necessary to reconcile customer satisfaction, industrial performance, and inventory control.

You will join a site recognized for its stability, the maturity of its teams, and its positive working climate. You will intervene at the heart of the site's operational decisions.

You will manage load-capacity balancing, production horizons, requirements calculations, and manufacturing priorities in an industrial context involving multiple technologies, production campaigns, and technical constraints.

You will take responsibility for a team of 4 employees consisting of 2 planners, 1 procurement specialist, and 1 buyer. The challenge is not to rebuild the organization but to animate, coordinate, and support it in its performance.

You will interact regularly with various stakeholders: production, sales, purchasing, quality, logistics, as well as group teams and international clients.

Your missions: manage the PDP

• Ensure load-capacity balancing and production scheduling
• Supervise the CBN and procurement
• Manage a team of 4 employees
• Participate in continuous improvement processes and the development of the S&OP process

Profile Description:

With higher education in Supply Chain or Production Management, you have a successful track record in industrial planning.

You master the challenges of PDP, scheduling, procurement, and ideally SAP.

Your proficiency in English allows you to communicate with various international stakeholders.

Recognized for your organizational skills, your ability to coordinate, and your leadership, you move with ease in a demanding and international industrial environment.
