Your tasks
Reporting to the Site Management and in strong interaction with the Technical, Production, Quality, and R&D teams, you will lead the Methods and Industrialization activity with the objective of structuring, performance, and supporting the site's growth.
Your role is centered on product industrialization, from the design phases to mass production.
In this capacity, you will
- Lead the industrialization of new products and their transfer to production
- Ensure the link between development teams and industrial teams
- Define the most suitable industrial solutions regarding processes, equipment, and organization
- Integrate manufacturing constraints from the design phases to guarantee product manufacturability
- Structure and standardize the site's industrialization practices
- Coordinate industrial projects while respecting cost, quality, and deadline objectives
- Manage ramp-ups and support industrial transfers
- Define the needs for resources, equipment, and skills necessary for the development of future products
- Provide technical support to production teams
- Drive the performance of your scope and deploy a continuous improvement approach
- Manage and develop the Methods and Industrialization teams: 5 people
Requirements
Profile Description With a Master's degree in Engineering (Bac+5), you have significant experience in an industrial environment, ideally acquired in technical sectors such as mechanics, electronics, electrotechnics, mechatronics, or industrial equipment.
