Production Methods Manager (M/F)

Job Description:

LHH Recruitment Solutions, a recruitment consulting, specialized temporary staffing, transition management, and expert, executive, and manager evaluation firm, is searching for its industrial client, a player in the aeronautics sector, for an Upstream Methods Engineer M/F.

You report to the Technical Manager.

You intervene in the structuring and standardization of methods activities, with a central role in managing product and process evolutions.

In this capacity, you participate in PRD commissions, ensure the consistency of technical data between the ERP (Movex) and PLM (Aletiq) systems, and monitor product evolutions as well as associated standard times and routings. You are the guarantor of compliance with industrialization processes within the framework of EN9100 / AS13100 requirements.

You lead the drafting and updating of methods procedures and instructions, contribute to the implementation and monitoring of performance indicators, and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

You also support the deployment of methods tools, team training, and define the audit plan for the methods scope. You act as an interface with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors to guarantee the traceability and robustness of evolutions.

Profile Description:

Holding an engineering degree, you have a minimum of 3 years of experience in methods, industrialization, or product development.

You possess solid knowledge of machining processes, project management, and quality tools (AMDEC, 8D, Ishikawa). You are comfortable in standardized environments and master the reading of technical drawings. A fluent level of English is expected.
