Generics and Marketing Manager (m/f) (m/f)

LHH Recruitment Solutions, recruitment consulting firm, specialized temporary staffing, transition management, and assessment, is looking for its client for a Generics and Trade Marketing Manager (m/f) based in Nanterre for a temporary mission.

Your missions will be as follows:

• Develop the generics strategy and strengthen commercial partnerships
• Conduct negotiations with each laboratory regarding listing conditions, logistical conditions, and the AHR and ALPHEGA trade marketing budget
• Ensure the coordination and prioritization of laboratory offers
• Develop strong relationships with the KAMs of partner laboratories
• Monitor product listing and laboratory invoicing (transversally with the ADV department): fees, shrinkage, batch recalls, etc.

Ensure the relay of laboratory partnerships and promotional offers to the AHR and Alphega Pharmacie (RDC+CPV) networks

• Ensure a coordination role with the sales networks in implementing AHR and Alphega Pharmacie partnerships.
• Deploy and manage customer commercial offers and sales force challenges
• Optimize the management of top-down information to sales teams regarding commercial actions
• Monitor the setup of offers (transversally with the ADV department)
• Facilitate training for new AHR and ALPHEGA entrants

Trade Marketing

• Manage AHR and ALPHEGA Trade Marketing: budget negotiation, proposal of an annual action plan, monitoring of actions, monitoring of invoicing and payments
• Ensure the coordination of Trade Marketing communication operations

Regular monitoring of KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing actions and transmission of results to partners and teams
