In a context of HR transformation and structuring, it is strengthening its teams.
Your missions
Reporting to the Group Human Resources Department, you will pilot the HR development policy and support organizational transformations.
- HR Development Management***Deploy and structure the talent management, career, and internal mobility policy
- Implement professional paths and succession plans
- Develop job and skill frameworks on a group-wide scale
- Actively contribute to HR and organizational transformation projects
- GEPP / Skills Management***Pilot the GEPP (GPEC) process to anticipate job evolutions
- Map skills and identify future needs
- Facilitate annual and professional interview campaigns
- Monitor HR indicators (turnover, skills, age pyramid, etc.) and define action plans
- Talent Development***Identify and support talents and high potentials
- Build individualized development paths
- Promote internal mobility and career evolutions
- Structure integration and onboarding paths
- Managerial Support & Change Management***Support managers in the development of their practices
- Deploy coaching and support mechanisms
- Facilitate People Reviews and talent reviews
- Support organizational and cultural transformations
- Management of HR Tools and Projects***Deploy and optimize HRIS tools and HR mechanisms
- Implement HR dashboards and reporting
- Pilot cross-functional projects (digitalization, employee engagement, training, etc.)
Profile Description:
Your profile
Education & Experience***Master's degree (Bac +5) in Human Resources, Social Law, Work Psychology, or Business School
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in HR development, talent management, or GEPP
- Experience in a transforming environment is appreciated
Key Skills***Expertise in talent management, internal mobility, and skills development
- Mastery of HR / HRIS tools and digitalization processes
- Ability to pilot cross-functional projects and analyze HR data
- Professional English is indispensable
