IT Service Manager (M/F)

Job Description:

Join the IT team of our client, a pharmaceutical industrial player, by leading the digital transformation of production sites and support functions. You will guarantee the availability of systems, the quality of support and analysis platforms, while strengthening security and compliance (GxP, cybersecurity) in a critical IT/OT environment.

Reporting to the group's IT governance, you will manage the site's IT and OT infrastructures: networks, servers, and industrial computing environments. You will oversee cyber controls, monitoring, incident response, and crisis management. You will supervise the local application portfolio (including MES, quality, and laboratories) and, with the group application teams, organize local rollouts, updates, testing, and deployments (e.g., SAP) as well as user support.

On a daily basis, you will organize and lead the local support team, in connection with the helpdesk for "standard" PCs and by ensuring the management of laboratory workstations. You will contribute to global projects and develop your team's skills, ensuring the flow of information between site↔group.

Permanent contract (CDI), full-time, day shift, start date as soon as possible.

Profile Description:

You know how to unite and align technical challenges and business needs. You are looking for a high-impact role in a regulated context, with strong risk management skills (notably cybersecurity).

Behavioral skills: transformational leadership, strategic management, risk management and rigor, clear communication, and coordination in a matrix organization.

Technical skills: IS architecture, infrastructure and networks, cybersecurity (ISO 27001, NIS2), experience in industrial computing (OT) and security frameworks such as IEC 62443, change and configuration management in regulated environments, ITSM best practices, coordination of local application deployments (e.g., group solutions). English for group exchanges.
