Industrial Maintenance Manager (M/F)

LHH Recruitment Solutions, a recruitment consulting and HR expertise firm, is recruiting a Maintenance Manager (M/F) for one of its clients.

Reporting to the General Resources & Infrastructure Manager, you will lead the site's maintenance activity and supervise a team composed of 3 Maintenance Technicians and 1 Maintenance Agent. You will ensure equipment availability, installation safety, and the continuous improvement of industrial performance.
Your main missions: Team Management and Leadership
- Organize and coordinate the activities of the maintenance department.
- Define priorities and distribute the workload.
- Lead team meetings and monitor performance indicators.
- Support the development of employee skills.
- Identify training needs and promote versatility.
- Maintain a positive and unifying social climate.
Maintenance and Equipment Performance
- Define and manage preventive maintenance plans.
- Organize corrective and curative interventions.
- Analyze breakdowns and implement appropriate improvement actions.
- Ensure the management of strategic spare parts.
- Coordinate interventions from external service providers.
- Prepare and supervise scheduled technical shutdowns.
- Participate in the integration of new equipment and investment projects.
Continuous Improvement
- Monitor maintenance indicators and propose optimization actions.
- Participate in Lean processes and continuous improvement projects.
- Contribute to the improvement of industrial performance, ergonomics, and energy efficiency.
- Support teams in searching for innovative and high-performance solutions.
Safety, Quality, and Environment
- Ensure compliance with current procedures and regulations.
- Guarantee the application of Quality, Safety, and Environment instructions.
- Participate in the prevention of industrial risks.
- Ensure the monitoring of regulatory inspections.
- Raise awareness among teams regarding good safety practices.
Profile Description:
The profile we are looking for: Training and Experience
- Training: Bac +2 to Bac +5 in industrial maintenance, electrotechnics, or an equivalent technical field.
- Proven experience in an industrial environment in a similar role.
- Successful first managerial experience or strong aptitude for team management.
Technical Skills
- Mastery of preventive and corrective maintenance methods.
- Solid multi-technical knowledge (mechanics, electrical, pneumatic, automation).
- Knowledge of continuous improvement tools: Kaizen, 5 Why, 8D, Kanban.
- Good mastery of maintenance indicators and monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of QSE regulations.
- Technical English level.

Remuneration: 40 to 45 K€ gross annual depending on profile and experience
