Indirect Procurement Manager M/F

We are looking for our client, a recognized industry player in the fastener sector (non-food sector), for an Indirect Procurement Manager France M/F for a permanent position (CDI).

The Indirect Procurement Manager France is responsible for defining and implementing procurement strategies for indirect expenditure categories related to the group's two production sites in France.

Their main missions are as follows:

• Define and deploy the indirect procurement strategy for the two French sites.
• Manage procurement categories (MRO, general services, energy, professional services, IT, supply, and packaging sector).
• Act as the primary procurement interlocutor for management teams.
• Ensure the relationship between procurement and internal clients, on both the operational and project (OPEX/CAPEX) aspects, optimize processes, and improve the internal customer experience.
• Identify and implement economies of scale opportunities.
• Support local and regional suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with the group's procurement policies and procedures.
• Identify, qualify, and develop strategic suppliers.
• Manage consultations, requests for quotation, tenders, lead contractual negotiations, and ensure the deployment of services until contract execution.
• Implement and manage framework agreements.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions if necessary.
• Contribute to meeting project deadlines and budgets.
• Develop supplier risk management and business continuity plans.
• As part of a continuous improvement approach, lead productivity and cost optimization initiatives.
• Member of the CODIR.

Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) in procurement, supply, or business management. Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement in management positions within an industrial environment. Proven experience in OPEX and CAPEX procurement in a multi-site environment. Ability to lead strategic and complex negotiations. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate, proactivity, real negotiation skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, autonomy. Fluent English (minimum B2 written and oral for group and supplier relations).

Employment conditions Management position with a daily rate (214 days), RTT, profit-sharing, teleworking. Travel 2 times per month in France. Remuneration between 55 and 70 K€ depending on experience.
