DESCRIPTION: Your mission
Looking for new professional affinities? LHH-Recruitment solution, a specialized recruitment consulting firm for temporary staffing, transition management, and expert, executive, and manager evaluation, is searching for its client, a Product Owner IT in industry M/F, on a permanent contract (CDI).
Our client is an industrial structure belonging to an internationally recognized group in Molsheim.
Reporting to the site's IT team, you will be responsible for:
- Defining and evolving the target architecture of production planning and time management systems, in collaboration with business teams, IT experts, and external partners.
- Managing projects from: requirement gathering, writing specifications, estimating costs and deadlines, coordinating developments, and production deployment.
- Ensuring the operational maintenance of existing solutions and preparing their migration to a new architecture.
- Ensuring system integration and supporting the evolution of associated processes.
- Cooperating with business and IT teams on an international scale (in German and English).
Your profile
You hold a higher education degree (Master's level/Bac +5) in IT, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field, and have at least 6 years of experience in the field, acting as a link between business teams (ideally in industry) and IT.
Skills in industrialization are an asset (production orientation, processes...).
Knowledge of the German language is desired; English is mandatory.
Are you autonomous, curious, and adaptable? Do you also have very good communication skills, especially within a collective? You are the profile our client is looking for!
Teleworking is possible for this position (part of the week). Travel is to be expected approximately 1x per week to another site (mainly for the day, 1 hour from Strasbourg).
This position includes a fixed salary to be defined according to the skills/experience of the selected person, plus other interesting benefits and bonuses (mileage allowance, teleworking allowance, profit-sharing/participation).
Executive status with flexible hours.
