Coloration Production Operator (M/F)

Job Description:

LHH is recruiting on behalf of its client, a growing human-sized company that supports players in the cosmetic industry in the design and manufacture of high value-added products, a Color Industrialization Technician (M/F) as part of a new permanent position (CDI).

Recognized for its technical expertise, agility, and culture of innovation, this company is located in Dordogne near Bergerac (24).

A true technical pivot, the Color Industrialization Technician (M/F) ensures the interface between creation (R&D), compliance (quality), and realization (manufacturing). They intervene across the entire value chain to satisfy our customers. They report to the Industrialization, Methods, and Continuous Improvement Manager.

Main Activities:

Color Matching Pilot: Perform self-checks of the shades of batches produced in manufacturing,

• Adjust the shades of batches requiring correction and create the adjustment form,

Pilot of the industrialization of tinted products and interface with R&D: Anticipate scale-up issues by participating in pilots (R&D, manufacturing) and the first production run,

• Prepare industrialization reports and communicate with manufacturers regarding critical points,
• Modify operating procedures during pilots and first production runs,
• Define mixing times, dispersion methods (tri-cylinder, turbine) and associated self-checks with the agreement of the R&D formulator,
• Ensure reproducibility,
• Support R&D formulators in the development of new shades,
• Participate in the validation of new pigment references,

Interface with Quality: Manage the "shade library" and standards (witness samples) to ensure the longevity of references,

Member of the industrialization department: Participate in the industrialization of white products in support of the industrialization technician,

Profile Description:

Master the principles of colorimetry (spectrocolorimeter, color matching, particle size),

Experience with lip products would be a real asset for your application,

Knowledge of raw materials and the interactions between pigments and cosmetic bases,

Ability to analyze and interpret different test results and know how to present them,

Mastery of office tools (Office pack),

Basic level of English,

Ability to work in a team,
