Generalist Lawyer (m/f) (M/F)

LHH Recruitment Solutions, a recruitment consulting, specialized temporary staffing, transition management, and expert assessment firm for executives and managers, is searching for its client for a Generalist Lawyer M/F as part of a 3-month temporary mission, possibly renewable. Position based in Les Ulis (91), to be filled as soon as possible.

Your missions:

• Assist in the preparation and organization of meetings for governance bodies, such as general meetings for the approval of annual accounts, boards of directors, or exceptional operations, and the preparation of related documents for the company and its subsidiary, etc., in coordination with the group's legal team;
• Ensure compliance with local commercial register formalities, if applicable, in coordination with local teams;
• Management of delegations of authority;
• Corporate law and corporate aspects;
• Management of all insurance-related matters in connection with the broker (civil liability and professional liability);
• Follow-up of minutes;
• Management of the vehicle fleet and insurance for company and business vehicles;
• Proofreading and formatting of legal documents and contracts;
• Carrying out certification procedures for international markets (notably for Korea and Portugal);
• Participation in the deployment and reinstatement of the compliance program;
• Management and follow-up of formal notices.

Holder of higher education in Law and at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. You are proficient in English, both written and spoken. Versatility, autonomy, being proactive and taking initiative, reactivity, rigor, and organization are all qualities necessary for your success in this role.
