Compliance and GDPR Legal Counsel (m/f) (M/F)
LHH Recruitment Solutions, a recruitment consulting, specialized temporary staffing, transition management, and expert assessment firm for executives and managers, is searching for a Compliance & Data Protection Legal Counsel (m/f) for its client as part of a CDI. Position based in Courbevoie (92), to be filled as soon as possible.
Your missions: Compliance & Business Ethics Deploy and adapt the Group's compliance policies. Lead awareness and training actions for employees. Manage risk prevention mechanisms (Sapin II, competition law, internal alerts, risk mapping). Conduct internal investigations and promote the company's ethical culture. Personal Data Protection (RGPD) Ensure the management of RGPD compliance in connection with the Group DPO. Manage the processing register and impact assessments (AIPD). Oversee relations with subcontractors and support projects involving personal data. Manage security incidents and relations with the CNIL. Raise awareness among business units regarding data protection issues. Compliance of Artificial Intelligence systems Support the compliance of AI solutions used within the company. Evaluate the risks and obligations associated in accordance with the AI Act. Participate in the ethical governance of AI systems and the prevention of biases. Advise technical and business teams on regulatory issues related to AI. Legal Governance & Corporate Law Participate in the legal secretariat of the group's companies in connection with external counsel. Deploy and update governance documents (delegations of power and signature, internal procedures). Contribute to audits and internal control work. Ensure active legal and regulatory monitoring. Legal Advice to Operations Support various departments in the analysis and management of legal risks. Act as a business partner on IT, data, innovation, and strategic partnership projects. Provide pragmatic and operational advice on Compliance, RGPD, AI, and governance topics.
Training
- Master's degree (BAC + 5) in Law, ideally specialized in compliance
Experience
- Significant experience of at least 7 years in a legal counsel role or in a law firm
