Cybersecurity Technical Support Engineer (M/F)

LHH Recruitment Solutions, a recruitment consulting firm specializing in temporary work, transition management, and the assessment of experts, executives, and managers, is searching for its client, based in Cernay (68700), for a Technical Support Engineer (M/F) in a permanent contract (CDI).

Your role consists of providing technical support to sales teams and customers. You will be the main point of contact for technical questions, and you will provide expert advice on the choice of technical solutions adapted to customer needs. You will work in close collaboration with sales teams to ensure excellent customer satisfaction and contribute to sales development.

Missions: Provide support to sales teams, customers, and the quality department for any subject related to technical requests

-Follow key projects from the specifications stage through to industrialization

-Keep technical documents and parameters for various manufacturing processes up to date

-Consolidate technical knowledge regarding the company's products and applications (internal training, development of procedures)

-Organize and deliver technical training to sales teams and customers

-Participate in sales meetings and trade fairs

-Record technical projects and achievements in order to update the CRM

-Work in close collaboration with the quality department, r&d, the sales team, and external stakeholders for the successful completion of projects

-Produce performance indicators, analyze them, and synthesize them for reporting purposes

Profile Description:

You hold a Master's degree (BAC+5) in a technical field, preferably in polymer materials. You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position where you acted as a link between the sales department and R&D. You have an excellent command of technical solutions in the field of non-woven manufacturing. You are recognized for your customer service orientation and your ability to provide adapted technical solutions. You are autonomous, rigorous, and have excellent organizational skills.

Contract start date: as soon as possible.

Your contract will be full-time, with daytime hours.

Regular travel is to be expected to accompany sales representatives to certain customers in Europe.
