Electronics Methods Quality Engineer (M/F)

Your Missions

As a true quality referent, you will intervene throughout the entire life cycle of electronic products to guarantee their compliance and performance.

Drive the quality of electronic products

• Define and implement control plans adapted to products, components, and sub-assemblies.
• Ensure compliance with quality requirements, current standards, and customer specifications.
• Support project, production, and supplier teams in the application of quality standards.
• Control and validate product compliance throughout the industrial process.

Manage non-conformities and secure processes

• Analyze quality incidents and identify root causes.
• Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
• Participate in the assessment and control of quality risks.
• Ensure the monitoring of indicators and contribute to continuous improvement.

Guarantee traceability and regulatory compliance

• Supervise product traceability systems.
• Verify the adequacy between physical flows and IT data.
• Certify product compliance with regulatory and customer requirements.

Support teams and develop a quality culture

• Train and raise awareness among teams regarding quality best practices.
• Conduct field audits and follow up on associated action plans.
• Participate in the optimization of quality methods, procedures, and tools.

Profile Description:

With higher education in quality, electronics, electrotechnics, mechanics, or industrial production, you have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in an industrial or electronic environment.

You possess the following skills: Knowledge of quality methods and tools.

• Mastery of reading plans and technical documents.
• Proficient use of IT tools, ERP, and Excel.
• Ability to communicate in English in a professional context.
• Analytical spirit, rigor, and organizational skills.

What our client offers you: CDI, Executive status (Cadre).

• 39-hour work week organization.
• Occasional teleworking possible.
• Fixed remuneration between €35,000 and €38,000 gross annual, depending on experience.
