Electrical Engineer (M/F)

Job Description:

LHH Recruitment Solutions, a recruitment consulting, specialized temporary staffing, transition management, and expert, executive, and manager assessment firm, is searching for its industrial client for an ELECTRICAL DESIGN AND AUTOMATION ENGINEER M/F CDI in Orléans (45).

As the person responsible for the development and implementation of a technical project related to the design or reorganization of a production system, you will ensure its technical, administrative, and budgetary management from the design phase to its completion.

Your mission: Ensure the completion of studies and guarantee the development of equipment, within the deadlines and budgets accepted by your department, in compliance with the Technical Specification.

• Respect and enforce the application of standards, processes, procedures, and instructions related to project management

• Anticipate the needs necessary for the technical progress of the project
• Lead internal technical project meetings by coordinating all actions of the various disciplines involved in your project

• Guarantee the integration of safety into the design of equipment and their integration into assemblies

• Provide technical support to the Project Manager
• Organize the final update of the project's study file

• Promote your project and defend it to your internal and external clients
• Possibly participate in the development of preliminary designs, technical negotiations with the client, and the commissioning of installations

Profile Description:

Degree from an ENGINEERING SCHOOL (MANDATORY) / Engineer in industrial / electrical / automation engineering or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the special machine sector.

Your proficiency in professional English is indispensable for exchanging with clients and your peers internationally.

Some occasional travel will be to be expected during the year (internationally).

Expected skills in CAO, Pack Office, ERP, and PLM

Priority management, respect for deadlines, and ability to work in a team.

Salary according to experience between 52 to 60K€ + numerous internal benefits.
