Industrial Engineer (m/f) (M/F)

As part of a team reinforcement for a leading international player in electrical distribution equipment and energy management, we are looking for an Industrialization Engineer (m/f) for a mission based in Grenoble.

You will join the Industrialization team of a business unit specialized in power electrical equipment and will work on strategic product evolutions related to electronic trip units for power circuit breakers.

Your main missions:

A true interface between the different business functions of the company, you will drive industrialization activities and guarantee the deployment of industrial solutions in compliance with quality, cost, and deadline objectives. In this capacity, you will be required to:

• Drive industrialization activities related to product range evolutions.
• Represent the Industrialization function within project teams.
• Coordinate exchanges between R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Production, Logistics teams, and industrial partners.
• Build and implement industrial solutions meeting Quality, Cost, and Deadline challenges.
• Participate in project reviews and industrial risk management.
• Contribute to the optimization of product costs and industrial schemes.
• Define and monitor industrial capacity plans with various partners.
• Ensure the transfer and deployment of industrial solutions to the relevant production units.
• Support teams during implementation and ramp-up phases.

• Engineering degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrialization, industrial methods, production, or supply chain.
• Proven experience in industrial project management and cross-functional leadership.
• Good mastery of industrial processes, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to operate in an international environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent professional English is essential (regular exchanges with international teams).
• Experience in the electrical distribution, electrical switchgear, or electrotechnical sectors would be a real asset.

• On-site presence: desired to facilitate interactions with teams and familiarization with the scope.
• Travel: occasional depending on project needs.
