Electronics Industrialization Engineer (M/F)

Job Description:

We are looking for an Electronics Industrialization Engineer (m/f) for a permanent position (CDI) based in the Limoges area.

Integrated into the Methods department, you will ensure the proper functioning, optimization, and support of the means dedicated to the production of electronic boards (PCBA), in connection with Production, Quality, Industrialization, and R&D.

Your main missions Programming and implementation:

PCB screen printing and SMT component placement means

electronic functional testing means (AOI / SPI / Flying Probe / Interface Testers)

PCBA finishing means (padding, coating, milling, routing)

new machines related to process investments

-Ensure the loading of firmwares onto the electronic boards.

-Analysis and diagnosis of malfunctions, test results, and support to teams.

-Technical exchanges with suppliers (tool orders, improvements, assistance) Creation of documentation: traceability, workstation instructions, standards.

-Mastery and compliance with PCBA assembly, screen printing, and SMT placement processes.

Profile sought:

Electronics Engineer (5 to 7 years of experience)

Very comfortable in PCBA/SMT environments, close to the field.

Autonomous, curious, rigorous, and involved.

Technical English (B1/B2 - reading documentation).
