HR ANALYST / COMPENSATION / SIRH (m/f) (M/F)

LHH Recruitment Solutions, recruitment consulting firm, specialized temporary staffing, transition management and expert evaluation, executives and managers, is searching for an International Group located in Montrouge (Metro: Mairie de Montrouge):

A Compensation & SIRH Officer m/f

This position is a CDD, for a duration of 15 months.

In a context of transformation and the deployment of structuring projects, you will join the compensation & international mobility team.

The team works on compensation & benefits topics, in France and internationally, and is currently contributing to several major HR transformation projects, including the deployment of a new Core HR SIRH tool with Oracle.

Within the France and International scope, your missions are as follows:

Compensation & Benefits

• participate in the monitoring of the annual salary review campaign: budget monitoring, data consolidation, analysis of proposals and support for HRBP/Country HR.
• contribute to the evolution and reliability of compensation tools and processes.
• provide support to France and international HR teams on compensation & benefits topics.
• contribute to certain France benefits topics: health insurance, protection, company car, profit-sharing/incentive schemes and regulatory obligations.

SIRH Project - Oracle

• participate in the deployment project of the new Core HR SIRH tool.
• Collect and formalize HR business and functional needs.
• participate in workshops with HR teams, HRIS/IT, countries and external partners.
• contribute to data migration and reliability work.
• participate in acceptance phases, user testing, anomaly tracking and deployment preparation.
• ensure the monitoring of project actions, deadlines and deliverables.
• contribute to change management and the preparation of user materials.

This cross-functional role offers strong interaction with multiple stakeholders, both business and international HR.

Profile sought:

You hold a BAC + 5 in Human Resources. You have a minimum of 5 years of experience. You have initial experience in the compensation & benefits field on an international scope and ideally experience in an SIRH implementation project and/or knowledge of Oracle HCM.

You are proficient in English, both spoken and written, for daily international exchanges.

You possess:

• solid analytical skills and a good command of numerical data
• a good ability to work in project mode and in a cross-functional environment
• great rigor, good autonomy and good organizational skills
• interpersonal ease with various and international stakeholders

You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
