Sales Administration Manager M/F

• Recording product and service orders transmitted by customers,
• Updating price offers in SAP. Preparation, transmission, and follow-up of commercial offers in consultation with the relevant RTC,
• Recording customer requirements
• Monitoring the smooth running of delivery operations (in consultation with OPE teams). In collaboration with the RTC, they propose alternative solutions in case of shortages.
• Recording and monitoring customer complaints.
• Management of customer accounts with rigorous monitoring of overdrafts (aged balance) and debt collection
• Control and correction of billing disputes: establishment of debit and credit notes.
• Management of blocked orders & management of blocked invoices.

They process incoming emails in a timely manner and handle telephone reception during the department's opening hours.

Bac+2 in business. English level with a Bright of at least 2.5. Customer satisfaction mindset (internal and external) - Team spirit. Real oral and written communication skills - good ease on the phone (inbound and outbound calls). Ability to adapt behavior to various interlocutors and situations. Initiative / Sense of priorities / Autonomy. Good knowledge of IT tools and SAP. Successful commercial experience will be a definite additional asset. Proposed remuneration 34K€
