Finance Business Partner

West Sussex | Hybrid Working | £50-60k + Benefits LHH Recruitment Solutions are partnering with a leading international organisation to recruit a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to support a portfolio of long-term, high-value projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working closely with operational and project teams, providing financial insight, challenging assumptions, and helping drive strategic decision-making. The Role Working as a trusted finance partner to senior stakeholders, you will provide financial analysis, forecasting and performance insight across a range of complex, multi-year projects. You will play a key role in supporting investment decisions, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring projects remain financially aligned with business objectives. Key responsibilities include: Business partnering with senior Project Managers and operational leaders Monitoring project performance, budgets, expenditure and resource utilisation Providing insightful analysis to support commercial and strategic decisions Identifying risks, opportunities and actions to improve project outcomes Leading monthly forecasting and reporting cycles Supporting annual budgeting and target-setting processes Driving continuous improvement in reporting, controls and business processes

About You Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Previous experience in a Finance Business Partner, Commercial Finance or Project Finance role Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills Confident communicator, able to present financial information clearly to both finance and non-finance audiences Strong analytical and commercial mindset Advanced Excel and financial systems/reporting experience Ability to influence, challenge and build relationships across all levels of an organisation If you are a proactive finance professional who enjoys partnering with the business, influencing decision-making and supporting major projects from a financial perspective, we'd love to hear from you.
