LHH Recruitment Solutions, a recruitment consulting, specialized temporary staffing, transition management, and expert, executive, and director assessment firm, is searching for an International Group located in Le Bourget (93):
A Compensation and Benefits Expert m/f
This is a permanent position (CDI). The scope covers 2,700 employees based in France, across multiple sites. You will report to the Comp & Ben Senior Manager. You will participate in the development and optimization of the salary policy and will be responsible for its implementation, providing reliable and relevant analyses. You will guarantee the reliability of various HR reports and propose evolutions according to the needs expressed by the company's departments.
Your missions are as follows:
Compensation
- conduct compensation surveys: (annual Mercer and Towers surveys) and analyze gaps with internal compensation
- take charge of calculating variable compensation based on evaluations transmitted by managers
- establish salary pricings for hires, mobility, and/or promotions
- participate in the upstream preparation of NAO
Benefits
- validate company car allocation requests in compliance with internal processes
- take charge of the implementation of provident schemes and health insurance, in connection with the organizations
- take charge of the processing of employee savings (Participation, Intéressement) in connection with the provider
- manage the 1% logement as the primary contact for agencies and in connection with the organizations
- take charge of the implementation of the mobility policy
Studies and Social Data
- control the consistency and reliability of social data
- conduct specific studies
- fulfill legal obligations regarding social data, notably by conducting all mandatory surveys and reports (Bilan Social, Rapport de situation comparée, DARES, INSEE.)
Support and Consulting
- respond to ad hoc Comp & Ben information requests from managers, their employees, or the Group
- play an operational advisory role regarding compensation and benefits,
- perform monitoring of compensation levels
- participate in current or upcoming HR projects
- Master 2 degree in Human Resources, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in compensation & benefits.

- excellent mastery of Excel (advanced level), the Office pack, and IT tools, notably BO
- English required, minimum B2 level, to participate in working groups
Compensation: Package 70/80 KE (fixed + 10% variable)
Benefits: profit-sharing and participation bonuses: 3,500 Euros / year a developed training policy (99% of employees trained each year) 60% reimbursement of transport costs
