Payroll Expert M/F

LHH, a recruitment consulting, specialized temporary staffing, transition management, and expert, executive, and manager assessment firm, is searching for its client, a Payroll Expert M/F for a 3-month temporary mission. The position is based in Nanterre.

The missions are:

• Validate payroll data
• Guarantee compliance with labor law, taxation, social security, and collective agreements.
• Process DSN anomalies and coordinate relations with URSSAF
• Act as an ADP GXP functional expert
• Conduct SOX controls, audits, and proactive risk management.
• Train HR and Payroll teams and contribute to transformation projects.
• Develop automation, standardization, and process documentation

• 7 years of experience minimum
• Significant experience on ADP GXP
• Professional/fluent English MANDATORY

You have at least 7 years of experience in a similar position. You are methodical, rigorous, and adaptable. You master ADP GXP and demonstrate good interpersonal skills and effective communication.
