Your tasks

The Technical Manager plays a central role in industrial performance, equipment reliability, and the management of technical teams. As a member of the Management Committee and reporting to the Site Director, you are a key player in the smooth running of the plant and in supporting operational challenges.

Steer the site's technical function

• Manage technical teams and their managers.
• Define priorities and coordinate maintenance, automation, industrial methods, and productivity activities. Guarantee equipment availability and reliability.
• Monitor performance indicators and drive improvement plans.

Animate and develop teams

• Foster cooperation between technical teams and operational services.
• Structure the organization and support the evolution of practices.
• Develop a culture of responsibility and collective performance.

Contribute to industrial performance

• Identify levers for improving productivity and reliability.
• Supervise the site's technical projects. Participate in discussions regarding investments and equipment evolutions.

Requirements

The profile we are looking for

• Higher technical education, such as an engineering degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience in managing a technical function in an industrial environment.
• Good mastery of maintenance, reliability, industrial methods, or automation issues.
• Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to grow teams and unite them in a demanding environment.
• Leadership, sense of priorities, and decision-making ability.
• Ease in structured social environments and in exchanges with site partners.

Languages: fluent English indispensable (C1)

Beyond technical expertise, we are primarily looking for a manager capable of uniting, structuring, and providing clear direction to experienced technical teams.
