LHH Recruitment Solutions is supporting a Family Office based in the Montpellier region in the creation of a key position within its rapidly developing hospitality business:

Hospitality Operations & Management Manager (M/F) - CDI

Context

As part of a recently launched strategic diversification, our client is developing an ambitious and varied portfolio of hospitality assets: high-end hotels in Switzerland, villas (notably in Saint-Tropez), chalets, yachts, and international real estate projects.

To support this rapid growth, the Family Office wishes to structure the operational management of these assets by recruiting a profile capable of coordinating, organizing, and optimizing their daily operations.

Your Responsibilities

Reporting directly to management, you will act as a true point of convergence between the various assets, partners, and projects:

Operational Steering***Supervise the daily functioning of assets (hotels, villas, chalets, yachts), including the management of high-end villas in Saint-Tropez

• Coordinate local teams, service providers, and operators
• Manage operational and logistical needs, with particular attention to the level of service

Project Coordination***Follow renovation and development projects

• Interact with architects, developers, and companies
• Support the delivery and commissioning phases

Provider Management***Identify, select, and manage external partners (local agencies, conciergeries, operators)

• Challenge existing practices and optimize organization

Performance Monitoring***Track key indicators (costs, occupancy rates, profitability)

• Contribute to the improvement of overall performance
• Gradually develop skills in asset management topics

Profile Description:

Your Profile***Training in hospitality or hotel management

• 8 to 12 years of experience in operations, imperatively acquired within a hotel network or a multi-site environment
• Appreciated experience in high-end environments / villas or luxury hospitality (type Saint-Tropez, premium resorts, seaside or mountains)
• Solid operational culture and attention to detail
• Ability to evolve in a building environment, with pragmatism and autonomy
• Taste for dynamic, demanding, and non-standardized environments
• Fluent English is essential
