Your Mission in Brief

Reporting to the heart of the Group's activity, you act as the conductor of your product lines, with an integrated 360 approach: Strategy & Innovation: Define the 3-year roadmap (product mix, rationalization) and identify new growth levers; Technical Management: Orchestrate the product life cycle in close connection with R&D, industry, and regulatory compliance (DTU, certifications); Economic Performance: Manage pricing models (prices, margins) and drive the financial performance of your portfolio; Influence & International: Represent France in European projects and drive roadmaps with subsidiaries (Western Europe & Israel).

Profile Description:

• Dual technical and marketing competence is indispensable; Solid experience in the building / construction materials sector;
• Strong influential leadership to mobilize cross-functional and matrix teams (R&D, factories, sales); Professional English (regular international context).
