Accounting/Consolidation Director M/F (H/F)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is recruiting for a leading international industrial group an Accounting & Consolidation Manager M/F based in Dunkerque. Reporting to the Finance Department, you will take responsibility for the accounting activities and financial closing of a large-scale industrial scope. You will guarantee the reliability of the accounts, compliance with French and IFRS accounting standards, as well as the quality of reporting intended for the Group and stakeholders.

. Your main responsibilities:.

• Supervise and coordinate local accounting teams and international shared service centers.
• Drive monthly and annual closings as well as the preparation of statutory and consolidated financial statements.
• Guarantee the compliance of accounts with French and IFRS standards.
• Ensure the relationship with statutory auditors and auditors.
• Supervise internal controls and financial compliance mechanisms.
• Ensure the quality of balance sheet analyses and the reliability of financial data.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of accounting processes and the digitalization of tools.
• Support management control teams on topics related to production costs and inventory.
• Act as the point of contact for SAP issues and evolutions of financial systems.

• Higher education in finance, accounting, or chartered accounting (DSCG, Master Finance or equivalent).
• At least 10 years of experience in accounting within complex industrial environments or international groups.
• Proven experience in team management.
• Excellent mastery of French and IFRS accounting standards.
• Good knowledge of shared service environments.
• Mastery of SAP indispensable.
• Professional English allowing for evolution in an international context.
• Strong culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Remuneration according to profile: package between 85 and 100 K€ gross/year
