Credit Control Manager

Shrewsbury We are looking for an experienced Group Credit Control Manager to lead a team and take ownership of credit control and Accounts Receivable. Key responsibilities: Lead and develop a team of Credit Control/AR professionals. Manage credit control across multiple European entities, including collections, credit limits, cash allocation and aged debt. Drive consistent processes around customer onboarding, credit risk and credit insurance. Monitor KPIs, DSO and working capital, providing clear reporting to senior management. Work closely with European businesses to improve processes and introduce greater automation and AI. About you: Strong Credit Control/AR management experience. Ideally experienced within a shared service centre or multi-entity environment. Strong people management and stakeholder-management skills.
