Project Manager (m/f) (M/F)

Job Description:

We are recruiting for one of our clients an electromechanical project manager specialized in civil engineering and infrastructure (M/F).

Your mission

As a Project Manager, you will lead projects from their launch until the end of the warranty period or their transfer to the Services entity. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with Quality, Cost, and Deadline (QCD) objectives and customer satisfaction, while optimizing profitability.

Your responsibilities***Ensure the launch and coordination of projects internally, assemble the project team, and define resource needs.

• Be the main point of contact for the client until the project closure: organization of meetings, monitoring of deliverables, management of contractual modifications.
• Guarantee the proper execution of the contract and the management of deviations (technical, financial, deadlines). Manage the project budget, monitor costs, and optimize the operating margin.
• Develop and monitor the project schedule, anticipate risks, and implement corrective action plans.
• Conduct milestone reviews, ensure regular reporting to management.
• Foster collaboration between internal teams and external partners.

Profile Description:

Profile sought***Education: Engineering degree preferably in civil engineering or equivalent experience.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in project management in an industrial environment, ideally in the Civil Engineering, infrastructure, platform doors, or Railway Installations, metro sector.
• Technical skills: Mastery of project management processes and associated tools (ERP, MS Project, PMT). Good understanding of financial aspects related to projects. Fluent English is essential.
• Personal qualities: Leadership, ability to unite teams and create a climate of trust. Rigor, autonomy, organizational skills. Excellent written and oral communication skills.
