Agency Project Manager (m/f) (M/F)

LHH Recruitment Solutions, a recruitment consulting firm, specialized temporary staffing, transition management, and expert, executive, and manager assessment, is searching for its client, based in the 1st arrondissement of Paris, for a temporary mission to be filled as soon as possible, a Luxury Project Manager M/F.

Reporting to the Account Director, you will ensure the operational coordination of projects and act as the liaison between internal teams and clients.

In this capacity, your main missions will be the following:

• Lead and coordinate branding and design projects from launch to delivery.
• Ensure the daily interface between clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate various stakeholders: creatives, senior consultants (marketing, strategy, market insights), and external partners.
• Organize scoping meetings, monitor schedules, and ensure deadlines are met.
• Guarantee the quality of deliverables and the level of excellence expected by internationally renowned clients.
• Participate in strategic thinking phases to fully understand the specific needs of each client.
• Contribute to the monitoring of tenders and international projects.

You have at least 3 years of experience in project management, ideally acquired within a design, communication, or branding agency.
