Spare Parts Planner M/F

• Manage and drive delays with suppliers in connection with the Purchasing Manager if necessary.
• Establish annual requirements by taking into account vehicle sales forecasts as well as Spare Parts consumption.
• Schedule annual requirements with the supplier, taking into account Purchasing constraints, warehouse capacity, supplier capabilities, and Assembly and Spare requirements.
• Follow up on supplier non-conformities with the Quality pilot.
• Launch manufacturing orders for the preparation of part sets.
• Launch preparation slips for the constitution of component sets destined for subcontractors.
• Establish procurement requirements for references supplied to the Warehouse.

Technical:

• Strong knowledge of ERP tools, in particular SAP (MM module).
• Experience in supply chain flows (Procurement, Bill of Materials, Subcontracting).
• Knowledge of the organization of a logistics warehouse.
• Experience in automotive procurement or similar.
• English mandatory (B1-B2 level)
