Financial Analyst (M/F)

Job Description:

Our client is a leading international player, operating in a structured, demanding financial environment with constant interaction with teams based in France and internationally.

As a Financial Reporting & Consolidation Analyst (M/F), you will be the primary point of contact for the entities within your scope. You will play a key role in control, guidance, and support, within a demanding international environment, in constant interaction with the Group's Finance teams.

Your Daily Routine

Integrated into the Accounting & Consolidation department, you will contribute to the reliability, compliance, and quality of financial productions, while supporting entities on their accounting and regulatory challenges.

In this capacity, your main missions will be the following: Production and supervision of quarterly accounting reportings, ensuring compliance with deadlines, data quality, and adherence to Group standards and procedures.

• Consolidation of the subsidiary's semi-annual results (Balance Sheet, P&L, notes), reporting up to the Group.
• Contribution to regulatory reportings and reporting obligations.
• Support for the entities within your scope on consolidation topics: integration of new entities, maintenance of the IFRS chart of accounts, deployment and application of Group standards.
• Participation in the identification and monitoring of tax issues in connection with the relevant teams.
• Preparation of investment files in coordination with Group Finance - Financial Management (subsidiary creation, capital increase, merger, liquidation). Carrying out regulatory monitoring on IFRS standards and analyzing their impacts.
• Contribution to structuring projects led by Group Finance.

You will work in close collaboration with the department manager and join a team of approximately five employees. Depending on the scope assigned, you may also coordinate temporary resources (apprentices, interns, or consultants).

The position is based at the Group headquarters, located in Rueil-Malmaison (92), in the immediate vicinity of the RER A.

The site offers a work environment that facilitates daily life (catering services, concierge, sports activities).

Profile Description:

Your Profile:

You have at least 4 years of professional experience in consolidation or financial analysis, acquired in an international environment and ideally within a banking or financial environment.

You possess solid knowledge of IFRS standards, are comfortable with regulatory reportings, and have mastered Excel.

You use English in a professional context and are able to communicate with international interlocutors.

Beyond your technical skills, you enjoy teamwork and cross-functional environments. You demonstrate analytical skills, rigor, and synthesis capabilities, while knowing how to formulate recommendations and adapt to complex contexts.
