LHH Recruitment Solutions, a recruitment consulting firm specializing in temporary work, transition management, and the evaluation of experts, executives, and managers, is searching for its industrial client in the railway sector for a Project Buyer M/F.

Your tasks

Your main missions are as follows

• Implement the supplier selection process, from requests for quotation (RFQ) to contract award.
• Conduct project negotiations and ensure compliance with QCDT objectives in purchasing.
• Establish contracts and purchase orders.
• Ensure monitoring of legal and contractual developments in purchasing.
• Contribute to defining and deploying the purchasing category (commodity) strategy.
• Actively contribute to grouping needs and defining the supplier panel.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers in the dedicated panel.
• Evaluate high-risk suppliers and manage associated risk reduction plans.

Requirements

You hold a Master's degree (Bac +5) in Purchasing. You have at least 4 years of experience in mechanical and electrical purchasing in an international environment. Your English level is fluent; you are able to communicate orally and in writing in English. You possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent negotiation skills, and you enjoy teamwork.
