As an IT Business Analyst, you are the driving force behind the optimization and further international rollout of the SAP processes for Sales and Purchase.
- SAP SD/MM is your playground: You are the subject matter expert and sparring partner for the Sales and Purchasing departments. Your insight into these specific modules is crucial to moving the business forward.
- You clearly map out business needs and translate them flawlessly into concrete requirements for SAP and related applications.
- Where possible, you perform configurations and small adjustments in SAP SD/MM yourself. For larger changes, you work closely with a fixed implementation partner.
- You take full ownership of the master data aspect (governance, data quality, and process agreements).
- You monitor and manage the EDI processes (including integration with 3PL, invoicing) and guide implementations from A to Z (including processes, flows, and test scenarios).
- You handle support tickets from the business within your domain and assist colleagues with the adoption of new systems at the various sites.
Is this you?
- MUST-HAVE: In-depth knowledge of SAP SD/MM. You have at least 2 years of demonstrable experience as an SAP Business Analyst in the SD (Sales & Distribution) and MM (Materials Management) modules. These modules hold few secrets for you.
- MUST-HAVE: Excellent command of English. Given the international nature of the role and the communication with various stakeholders and suppliers, professional English is an absolute requirement.
- You have a bachelor's degree (in IT, economics, or commercial engineering) or are equivalent through relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of Mendix and VIM is a nice plus. Furthermore, you have a broad interest in other SAP domains and are not afraid to work with them.
- You work independently, are solution-oriented, and like to show initiative ("hands-on" mentality).
- You are willing to travel occasionally to a branch in the Netherlands or abroad.
