In this role, you will take the lead in optimizing business-critical flows within the organization:

• You accurately map operational processes and translate them into stable configurations within SAP MM, PP and WM.
• Within an Agile sprint, you work closely with product owners and project managers to deliver clear user stories in a timely and error-free manner.
• You take firm control of developing both functional and technical specifications, ensuring system changes align seamlessly with daily practice.
• Together with integration specialists, you realize reliable data integration between diverse platforms and core systems.
• You decisively handle complex incidents via third-line support, while training regional key users to smoothly embrace new functionalities.

Profile

As a Global SAP Operations Analyst, you combine analytical depth with smooth communication skills:

• A completed bachelor's or master's degree, supplemented with at least three to five years of relevant work experience in a similar position.
• Thorough functional expertise in supply chain processes and solid experience with application management in logistics modules.
• Fluent command of English, where active knowledge of Dutch, French or German constitutes an extra asset.
• Experience with project management via tools such as Jira and a flexible attitude regarding meeting times across different time zones.
