Technical Advisor press brake

In this role, you will become the fixed point of contact for our extensive network of distributors and customers throughout Europe. You combine technical depth with commercial insight to train partners, provide demonstrations, and successfully put the latest technologies on the map.

Job description

Package of tasks as technical advisor:

• As a European product expert, you provide technical and commercial support to our extensive network of distributors.
• Providing active product and sales training for the European dealer teams is part of your daily focus.
• You support distributors on-site during customer demonstrations, trade fairs, open days, and major sales processes.
• You smoothly translate the technical capabilities of our machines into clear sales arguments and training materials.
• You meticulously collect signals and feedback from the market to address internal improvements and market requirements.

Profile for the role of technical advisor:

• Practical experience with fiber laser and/or press brake technology (sheet metal working) forms the ideal basis.
• A successful combination of technical knowledge, commercial insight, and strong presentation skills.
• Fluent communication in English is a requirement, as you work with European partners daily.
• You view traveling within Europe as an attractive and dynamic challenge in your work week.
• Experience with applications, customer support, or the sale of capital goods is a major asset.
