- Bachelor of Mechanical or related
- Ability to repair, maintain mold and solve problems of mold
- Ability to train about mold for others and suppliers
- Good in English skills
- Enthusiastic, responsible and ability to work with high pressure
- Experience to work in foreign manufacturing is preferable
- Ability to work for long time
