Indoor Painter

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Indoor Painter to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paint, stain, and coatings to interior spaces (HDB flats, condominiums, landed properties, and commercial offices).

Key Responsibilities

• Clean, sand, scrape, patch cracks, and fill holes in walls/ceilings using spackle or putty to ensure smooth application.
• Protect floors, furniture, fixtures, and woodwork using drop cloths, masking tape, and plastic sheeting before painting.
• Apply primer, undercoats, and finish coats accurately using brushes, rollers, or spray guns (Airless spray experience is a plus).
• Mix and match paint colors to meet client specifications or standard schemes.
• Inspect finished surfaces, perform touch-ups, and clean up work areas after job completion.
• Follow Singapore workplace safety guidelines (WSH) regarding ladder safety, ventilation, and proper chemical handling.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in interior painting (Residential HDB/Condo/Landed or Commercial).
• Proficient in surface patching, wall edging, and smooth roller/brush application.
• Able to stand, bend, stretch, and climb ladders/scaffolding for extended periods.
• Punctual, responsible, honest, and respectful when working in occupied residential spaces.
• Basic conversational English or Mandarin (for client/team communication).
