Wash kitchen equipment. Ensure proper dishwashingprocess & maintenance of equipment. Perform cleaning-services& garbage disposal. Keep consistent standardof tidiness, cleanliness in dishwashing area in accordance to standardoperating procedures. Ensure daily cleaningassignments are completed according to schedule. Adhere to hygiene andsafety standards Adhere to company’sstandard operating procedures Any other appropriateduties and responsibilities as assigned Working Hours: 6days work week, every tuesday off 11am to 11pm 2hr break 1 meal provided
